What a typical workday looks like

With your manager's support, you will ensure the store runs smoothly and your team provides excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting overall goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Sales:

• Optimize store performance and profitability with management support
• Train staff in customer support and sales techniques, and product knowledge
• Analyze sales results and develop solutions for improvement
• Schedule staff based on performance to control payroll costs
• Communicate sales goals to your team
• Provide excellent customer service and product information
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations

Human Resources:

• Create a positive work environment fostering pride and belonging
• Promote company vision, mission, and culture
• Demonstrate leadership and act as role model
• Build a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and sourcing
• Manage work schedules and absences
• Participate in performance evaluations

Marketing and Visual Presentation:

• Master product knowledge and technical features
• Create an attractive store environment based on planograms
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors

• Assist in order planning and visual displays

Administration:
