Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Store Manager in Edmonton to lead a large retail team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee senior assistants, team leads and advisors, partnering with vendors and business areas to drive results.

Accountable for revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety, and profit performance, you will foster an inclusive culture, coach staff, and model performance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store manager experience.
• 5+ years leading a retail team of 50+ employees and a $30+ million store.
• 5+ years managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store.
• Leadership by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities.

• Leadership by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
• Ability to permanently work at and commute to Edmonton store locations
