WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE
With the support of your manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and that your team provides the best possible customer service. When working as acting manager, your tasks will include meeting overall goals, maintaining our standards, and motivating your team to excel.
SALES:
- Optimize the performance and profitability of your store with the support of your management team;
- Train your team members to provide strong customer support—teach them the best sales techniques and ensure they are familiar with all product features;
- Analyze sales results with your manager and develop innovative solutions for improvement;
- Schedule employees based on performance to manage payroll effectively;
- Communicate sales goals to your team to meet and exceed targets;
- Provide customers with a warm welcome, assist them in finding products, and explain product features (quality, materials, technical features);
- Coordinate tasks with the management team and ensure smooth operations in their absence.
HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Create a positive work environment that fosters excellence and instills pride and belonging among team members;
- Promote our vision, mission, and brand culture;
- Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model;
- Build a high-performance team—recruit, train, and source the best candidates for various roles;
- Manage work schedules and absences;
- Participate in performance evaluations;
- Schedule team members based on performance and store traffic.
MARKETING AND VISUAL PRESENTATION:
- Master your knowledge of all products and their features;
- Create an attractive store environment based on planograms;
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors;
- Build customer loyalty through brand representation and relationship-building;
- Assist in planning incoming orders and setting up visual displays;
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization;
- Collaborate with mall administration.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Analyze reports to optimize sales and productivity;
- Open and close the store;
- Manage expenses efficiently;
- Follow policies and procedures of head office departments;
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
