Typical Workday:

Under your manager’s support, ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting goals, upholding standards, and motivating your team.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Enhance store performance and profitability
• Train staff in customer support and sales techniques
• Analyze sales data and develop improvement strategies
• Schedule staff efficiently
• Communicate sales goals and motivate team
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Coordinate with management for smooth operations

Human Resources:
