Regional Manager of Operations and Guest Experience

BRKFREE is a new immersive social entertainment venue designed to transport participants to another world. It features 40 high-tech game rooms with physical, mental, and skill-based challenges, offering a unique experience for groups of all kinds.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a guardian of our core values: Social Entertainment, which is central to our brand identity.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding goals, objectives, and target audiences.

• Setting daily objectives and schedules to meet sales and productivity targets.
• Monitoring performance and reporting progress.
• Adhering to policies and procedures.
• Partnering with Operations Managers to ensure quality customer service and supervising diverse team responsibilities.
• Regularly reporting to management and planning strategic team initiatives.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and quality assurance, reporting issues promptly.
• Training new team members.
• Opening and closing the venue as needed.
• Serving as a department lead when required, including cashiering or kitchen duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
