Typical Workday:

With your manager’s support, ensure the store runs smoothly and your team delivers excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Optimize store performance and profitability;
• Train your team in customer support and sales techniques;
• Analyze sales data and implement improvements;
• Schedule staff efficiently;
• Communicate sales goals and motivate your team;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations.

Human Resources:

• Create a positive work environment;
• Lead and inspire your team;
• Recruit, train, and develop staff;
• Manage schedules and performance evaluations;

Marketing & Visual Presentation:

• Know product features thoroughly;
• Create an attractive store environment;
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors;
• Build customer loyalty and relationships;
• Manage visual displays and store cleanliness;
• Collaborate with mall administration.

Administration:

• Analyze reports to improve sales;
• Open and close the store;
