Join our growing team! We are looking for a permanent, full-time Assistant Manager!

As an Assistant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model who motivates team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with a diverse team. As a passionate leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness. You support the Owner and Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant, leveraging your knowledge of the quick service industry.

In this position, you will:

• Manage shifts by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests and operate all equipment according to guidelines
• Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to uphold Tim Hortons' high standards
• Promote a respectful team environment with open communication and understanding
• Manage inventory and ordering processes
