Arden Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist in selling, supervising daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring policy compliance while maintaining a positive, inclusive team culture. Availability includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year retail experience in a leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
• Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership.

• Adhere to all company policies.
• Support the Store Manager in ensuring company standards are followed as outlined in the employee manual.
• Perform all other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives, improve employee performance, and ensure efficient store operations. They lead by example, inspire the team to generate sales, provide outstanding customer service, and project the company’s culture and image. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager oversees all store operations.

Compensation

The expected wage range for this role is between $19.65 - $22.32.
