Dexterra Group is seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager to join our Horizon North camp facility in Alberta. The role supports Lodge Manager in operating the site, coordinating logistics, food services, contracts, and maintenance, with a 14 days on/7 days off schedule and 12-hour days.
Travel to site from Edmonton is provided; safety sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hospitality management and a post-secondary business/management education.

Based in a world class Horizon North camp facility, the regular shift for this position is 14 days on and 7 days off, with 12-hour workdays.
Transportation is provided to site from a pickup point in Edmonton.
The Assistant Lodge Manager, reporting to the Lodge Manager, will assist with the overall operations, logistics, food services, contracts, environmental and maintenance.
