Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations, assist with food prep and quality control, and ensure a safe, clean working environment. You’ll help train staff and improve kitchen workflows, with leadership development prioritized to grow your skills.

Requirements include 1–3 years in kitchen management in a comparable restaurant, English communication proficiency, and openness to learning new software.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, product cost, and labor control is an asset.
• Culinary Red Seal designation and Smart Serve Certification are strong assets.
