Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily kitchen operations and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with food prep, quality control, and staff training while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Leadership development opportunities are highlighted in our culture of growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years kitchen management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
• Culinary Red Seal designation and Smart Serve Certification are strong assets
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new software
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, product cost, and labor control is an asset
