Service Inspired Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager in Windsor, ON to support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations, food prep, and QA. You will contribute to safe, clean workflows and assist in staff training while driving improvements and leadership development.

The role emphasizes scheduling, inventory, cost and labor control, with opportunities for career growth within a diverse restaurant portfolio.

Formación

• 1–3 years kitchen management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
• Culinary Red Seal designation and Smart Serve Certification are strong assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new software.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, product cost, and labor control is an asset.
