Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager in Saint-Jérôme to support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations, assist with food prep, quality control, and a safe, clean environment. You will help train staff and improve workflows, with leadership development prioritized.

1–3 years in kitchen management, Red Seal and Smart Serve assets, and strong English communication are required. Proficiency with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls is an asset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years kitchen management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
• Culinary Red Seal designation and Smart Serve Certification are strong assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new software.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, product cost, and labor control is an asset.
