Responsibilities

• Maintain Store Standards to optimize customer experience and store profitability.
• Collaborate with Management Team to ensure standards are in effect at all times, including the backroom.
• Assist FSM with labour scheduling and optimize productivity using WFM.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for operations.
• Support HR standards and assist with hiring for departments (excluding Pharmacy).
• Drive engagement and staff development aligned with Core Values.
