Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking an energetic store leader to assist the Front Store Manager at a Shoppers Drug Mart in Saskatchewan. You will help manage human, physical and financial resources to achieve store objectives and improve product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will uphold store standards, lead the team, and partner with management on labor scheduling using WFM to maximize productivity and ensure adequate staffing. Focus on customer care and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
