Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited, through Shoppers Drug Mart NB, seeks an experienced retail manager to assist the Front Store Manager in guiding the store’s human, physical and financial resources and in achieving objectives by optimizing product flow from backroom to sales floor.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on staffing, WFM, and maintaining store standards to support the local community.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
