Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Calgary, Alberta is seeking an experienced retail manager to assist the Front Store Manager in overseeing the store's human, physical and financial resources, with a focus on optimizing product flow from backroom to sales floor and delivering a superior customer experience.

You will lead a team, support hiring in coordination with the FSM, manage labour scheduling using Work Force Management tools, uphold store standards, and drive profitability while living our Blue

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
