Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking an experienced role to assist the Front Store Manager in guiding store operations in Ontario. You will help manage resources and focus on improving product flow from the backroom to the sales floor, contributing to overall store performance.

The position emphasizes leadership, effective scheduling, and adherence to human resources standards to support a high-quality customer experience and corporate programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Store Standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Collaborate with Management Team to uphold store standards including backroom and sales floor.
• Assist FSM with labour scheduling and use Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
• Assist with hiring in conjunction with the FSM and support human resources processes.
• Promote company culture and lead staff through core values.
