Summary:

To assist the Front Store Manager (FSM) in managing the human, physical, and financial resources of the store and in ensuring that store objectives are achieved by focusing on improving product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations:

• Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience, drive traffic, and positively impact profitability.
• Work with the management team to ensure store standards are consistently met, including backroom operations.
• Assist in managing labor scheduling in conjunction with the FSM, leveraging Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for effective store operation.

Human Resources:

• Comply with HR standards.
• Assist with hiring processes alongside the FSM, supporting hiring for all departments except Pharmacy.
• Maintain wage administration within company guidelines.
• Promote Blue Culture, engagement, and motivate staff through core values.

Qualifications:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Inventory management planning and preparation.
• Use judgment to control expenses effectively.
