Role Summary

Assist the Front Store Manager in managing the store’s human, physical, and financial resources, ensuring store objectives are met by improving product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Maintain store standards to enhance customer experience, increase traffic, and improve profitability.
• Work with the management team to uphold store standards consistently, including in the backroom.
• Assist in labor scheduling and utilize Workforce Management tools to maximize productivity.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels for smooth store operations.

Human Resources

• Comply with HR standards.
• Support hiring processes alongside the FSM, excluding pharmacy staff.
• Manage wage administration within company guidelines.
• Promote Blue Culture, engagement, and motivate staff through core values.

Qualifications
