We are currently hiring for the position of:
Facility Assistant
The facility assistant supports the Facilities department with daily tasks and is an important piece that allows the operation to run smoothly. The facility assistant will report into the Sr. Coordinator, Facilities and Sr. Manager, Facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building setups for events, office workspace reconfiguration, assists with office supply inventory and ensures we always have stock available for staff, works closely with the Event Production department and assists with event set ups throughout the building, supports Shipping & Receiving, completes seasonal workstation build leading up to Festival, completes floor plan updates, other daily duties which can be assigned by the Sr. Facilities coordinator and or the Sr. Manager, Facilities.
CONTRACT DATES OR START DATE:
Start date – May 30th 2025
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-High School diploma
-Solid communicational skills
-Experience working in an event based environment
-Strategic thinking under pressure
-Comfortable in a high traffic environment
- adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
