Tim Hortons is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding high operational standards. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving sales growth and cost control in a dynamic Tim Hortons restaurant environment.

If you have 2-3 years of quick service experience as a supervisor and practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members, you are an ideal candidate for this role.
