Job summary

Save-On-Foods Sahali in Kamloops is seeking an Assistant Department Manager, Meat to lead and develop a team, ensuring high standards of customer service and product availability. This role requires open availability and a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, implementing training, and driving entrepreneurial strategies to grow the business, while maintaining inventory accuracy and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (asset).
• Food Safe Certification is preferred/required.
• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and a "let's get it done" attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to go the extra mile.

The successful candidate must have open availability and be available for 40 hours per week.

Compensation Details

$19.25 - $22.60 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
