Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Controller to support a private company located in Michigan. This role involves maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial statements for all business operations. The person will develop new processes and systems to manage all financial and fiscal aspects of the company, lead the development and implementation of the accounting department’s multi-year plan, and manage operational and strategic planning, including business requirements and project planning. Benefits and paid time off are included as part of the role.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 7 years of experience in Accounting and Finance functions
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems such as EPICOR or NetSuite
• Experience managing a small team of AR and AP resources
• Proficiency with month-end bookkeeping and filing
