What You’ll Tackle :

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Create budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Controller and other teams to analyze financial results.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accuracy and confidence.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and streamline processes.
• Participate in projects beyond routine accounting tasks.

What You Bring :

• A CPA designation (or near completion) and at least 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong technical skills, especially in Excel, and familiarity with modern accounting software.
• Balance precision with pragmatism—know when to dig deep and when to step back.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
• A collaborative attitude and curiosity about improving workflows.
