Job summary

Dexterra Group in Canada is seeking an experienced catering and events professional to lead client engagements from concept to execution. You will manage staff, oversee food prep and service, and coordinate logistics for each event.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory management, vendor negotiations, and maintaining high health and safety standards while delivering exceptional service to clients before, during, and after events.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or catering.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and transport catering equipment and supplies.
• Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends for events.

Job Description

• Ability to pass a criminal record check
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends when events require
