Job summary

PenFinancial Credit Union in Ontario seeks an Assistant Branch Manager for the Fonthill location. You will partner with the Branch Manager to lead daily operations, manage risk and ensure compliance, while building strong member relationships and guiding staff toward exceptional service and measurable growth.

You will develop business through community connections, review financial statements, support lending decisions, and coach a team to deliver wealth, deposits, and member experience goals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in finance, business, or related program.
• PFP or CFP designation is required; continually meet educational requirements.
• Mutual Funds license under MFDA is required.
• 5+ years working in banking with increasing levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and manage risk controls with Branch Manager.
• Develop centers of influence to grow membership and referrals.
• Support lending decisions and cross-sell credit union products.
• Provide financial planning and investment guidance to members.
• Coach and develop branch staff for strong Member Experience.
