Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a department or branch
• Level 2 General Insurance License
• Industry designation an asset (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan with Branch Manager and execute to meet targets across all lines of business.
• Lead and mentor branch staff to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee operations, branding, facilities, and adherence to company policies.
