Njoyn is seeking a high-energy Assistant Branch Director to lead the Windsor HVAC/R counter and wholesale showroom, ensuring fast, knowledgeable service for local contractors. You will partner with the Branch Director to supervise frontline staff, optimize product merchandising, and foster a welcoming, high-performance culture that keeps contractors returning.

Responsibilities

• Counter Leadership: Direct daily counter operations, manage staff scheduling, and coach team members on active upselling and technical product identification.
• Contractor Relations: Act as the primary face of the branch for walk-in contractors, managing a high-volume order desk and resolving customer service issues on the spot.
• Merchandising & Sales: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized showroom floor; execute seasonal product promotions to maximize impulse buys and margin growth.
• Inventory Coordination: Bridge the gap between the counter and the warehouse, ensuring stock levels reflect high-demand counter items and order discrepancies are eliminated.
