Job summary

Colter Energy is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Grande Prairie team. This role supports daily base operations, provides leadership to field crews and helps ensure safe, efficient service to our customers.

Responsibilities include scheduling crews and equipment, onboarding and evaluating field staff, working with management and customers to address needs, reviewing field tickets and timecards, and supporting safety, maintenance and inventory goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil and gas services, production testing.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with employees, customers and coworkers.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; electronic ticketing experience is an asset.

• Willing to jump in wherever needed whether equipment maintenance, field coverage, etc.
