Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to maintain a safe and professional store environment in Fort St. John, BC. You will patrol, prevent shrink, and support store profitability through awareness and teamwork.

You will investigate incidents, assist with internal/external theft cases, and help with emergency procedures and reporting to leadership. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Age must be 16 or older.
• Security Guard License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily patrols to maintain a safe, secure store environment.
• Investigate incidents of shrink and report findings to leadership.
• Support emergency procedures and store evacuation when needed.
• Perform external apprehensions in compliance with policy and law.
• Gather and communicate information clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Complete additional duties to support Asset Protection priorities.
