Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.
• License – Security Guard License.

Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: patrol the store daily to maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Investigations and Case Support: investigate shrink incidents and escalate to leadership per guidelines.
• Emergency Response: support evacuations and emergency procedures during incidents.
• Enforcement and Apprehensions: perform external apprehensions when required, following policy.
• Communication and Reporting: relay information clearly to leadership with relevant perspectives.
• Additional Duties: assist with evolving Asset Protection priorities as needed.
