Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Associate for our Victoria, BC store. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors, while upholding asset protection standards and minimizing losses.

You will conduct daily patrols, investigate incidents of shrink, support emergency response efforts, and report findings to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older
• Security Guard License

Responsibilities

• Patrols the store to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Investigates incidents of shrink and communicates findings to store leadership.
• Supports emergency procedures and store evacuation when needed.
• Carries out external apprehensions in accordance with policies and laws.
• Gathers information from multiple sources and reports to leadership clearly.
• Performs additional duties to support asset protection priorities.
