Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp. seeks an Asset Protection Associate to help create a safe, secure store environment and protect people and merchandise. You will patrol the store, verify security features, and assist with investigations while supporting evacuation and safety procedures.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to maintain store security and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older
• License - Security Guard License

Responsibilities

• Patrols to ensure a safe, secure environment for customers and team members.
• Verifies doors and security features operate properly and takes action when needed.
• Investigates shrink incidents and communicates findings to leadership.
• Supports evacuation and emergency procedures during incidents.
• Contributes to external apprehensions in line with policy and law.
• Gathers information and reports to leadership with clear findings.
