Qualifications

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License is required.
• Knowledge of Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act and Powers of Arrest; CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Professional, friendly and approachable demeanor.
• High initiative and integrity in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Deter, detect and apprehend for theft and fraud within our retail locations.
• Collaborate with other APRs to investigate ORC cases when they arise.
• Collaborate with the local police service regularly.
• Detect and investigate internal investigations; present evidence for court/arbitration.
• Identify shrink opportunities within our operations core compliance.
• Build and maintain store partnerships through meetings and coaching.
• Participate in Community Events
• Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends (40 hr. work week)
