Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Security Guard License is required.

Responsibilities

• Store Security and Loss Prevention: daily patrols to maintain a safe environment and verify doors, showcases, and security features.
• Investigations and Case Support: investigate shrink and escalate findings per guidelines; support internal/external theft cases.
• Emergency Response and Store Support: assist with evacuations and emergency procedures; participate in store task teams.
• Enforcement and External Apprehensions: perform external apprehensions when required in compliance with policy and law.
• Communication and Reporting: gather information from multiple sources and communicate findings to leadership clearly.
• Additional Duties: take on other responsibilities to support evolving asset protection priorities.
