EY's Banking Technology - Digital Assets team in Toronto seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale client engagements, shaping modernization, data and cloud migration, and core banking transformation.

You will advise senior executives, define strategic roadmaps, drive business development, and build high-performing teams while applying AI responsibly to deliver measurable client value.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of consulting and senior management experience.
• Extensive experience leading large consulting engagements.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and banking technology.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end client engagements, overseeing multiple large and complex programs, ensuring quality delivery, risk management, and financial performance.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives, guiding decision-making and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive business development, including identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, participating in pursuits, and contributing to go-to-market strategies.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants.
• Define and deliver transformation strategies across capital markets, including operating model design, process optimization, and technology enablement.
• Develop thought leadership and new service offerings, enhancing EY’s capabilities in Banking Technology and Capital Markets.
• Ensure engagement profitability and operational excellence, managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Applies AI in the flow of work with strong professional judgement – Integrates AI into day-to-day delivery while validating outputs, challenging assumptions, and maintaining accountability for quality.
• Leads responsible and risk-aware use of AI – Demonstrates sound judgement on data use, confidentiality, and ethical considerations and reinforces this standard practice; escalates risks appropriately and models good practices for teams.
• Drives structured and creative problem solving using AI – Uses AI to accelerate analysis, scenario generation, and insight development while maintaining clear linkage to business outcomes.
• Builds repeatable ways of working with AI – Develops and shares prompts, approaches, and tool usage that improve team productivity and consistency in existing data libraries/catalogues.
