Job summary

General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada is seeking a Customer Property Coordinator for a 16‑month term to support asset control, audits and data entry for Government/Contract assets.

The role emphasizes inventory processes, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and safeguarding equipment. Strong detail orientation and communication abilities are desirable; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ontario secondary school graduation plus two years of related post-secondary education.
• College diploma in related discipline is considered equivalent education.
• 1–2 years of inventory systems or materials management experience.
• Proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, Access, Project, Outlook.
• Bilingual French/English is a preference.

Responsibilities

• Audit and inventory management including bi-monthly audits and stocktaking.
• Maintain CP inventory databases and assist with Government/Contract assets.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and document transactions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for CP loans and procurements.
• Assist in receiving, distribution and control of CP/GFE, GFI, GFV, CFE, CFI, CFV and licenses.
