Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary program in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in operational, project management or engineering roles is considered an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and related tools; willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to Asset Integrity and Engineering teams.
• Organize integrity inspection reports, engineering drawings, QC documents and asset databases.
• Assist with policy manuals, SOPs, guidelines and related Asset Integrity documentation.
• Support IDMS platform development, data organization, validation and documentation.
• Prepare project presentations, meeting materials, and status updates; track action items.
