WorkSafeBC seeks an Assessment Officer in Victoria to ensure compliance with self-reporting of assessment information. The role involves auditing financial documents, educating employers, and conducting classification reviews. A hybrid work model is offered, promoting a supportive work culture.
Are you passionate about auditing a variety of financial and related documents? We are looking for an Assessment Officer in our Victoria office to act as a field representative for assessment matters and ensure all qualified employers with business activity in British Columbia are compliant in their self-reporting of assessment information to WorkSafeBC.
In this role, you'll assist employers within the Audit Section in adjusting assessments, performing industry classification reviews, as well as analyzing and interpreting registered employer's payroll reports.
How you'll make a difference : You'll help ensure B.C.'s workers' compensation system is properly funded so we can serve workers and employers now and in the future.
