Hiring Process

15 minute screening interview with our recruitment team

30 min - 1 hour graded online assessment

1 hour interview covering experience, skills, culture fit, career goals, candidate questions and negotiation with the hiring manager, partner and a future colleague.

You will receive an offer or rejection within 72 hours

3 month probationary period
