Job summary

AFIMAC Canada is actively hiring Assemblers/General Labourers for opportunities in Southern Ontario. You will work 12-hour shifts, 5 days a week, earning $25.00 per hour before overtime.

Contract durations range from 1 to 120 days with hotel accommodations and $30 per diem when lodging is required. Typical duties include assembling parts, loading/unloading trucks, packing orders, stocking products and assisting with shipping and receiving.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50-lbs.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components as directed.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Pack and unpack orders for shipment.
• Stock product and manage inventory counts.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
