Job summary

AFIMAC Canada is actively hiring Assemblers/General Labourers for upcoming work in Southern Ontario. This role requires you to work 12-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with pay at $25.00 per hour before overtime.

Contract duration ranges from 1 to 120 days. Hotel accommodation is provided when required, plus a $30 diem and travel up to 4 hours when lodging is needed. The candidate will assemble parts, load/unload trucks, and manage inventory in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Load/unload product and stock areas.
• Daily inventory counts and clean, orderly work area.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Required to maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• High School graduate or GED equivalency.
• The position requires a self-starter and highly motivated person capable of working with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
