Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant flow of materials throughout the facility. This role works closely with Production, Quality, Laboratory, Technical teams, and external logistics partners to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. This state-of-the-art facility includes an automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS). The Warehouse Manager is accountable for all warehousing activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, AS/RS operations, material movements, shipping coordination, and outbound logistics to co-packers. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in transitioning the warehouse from project phase to stable operations. This position is responsible for building and developing a high-performing warehouse team, driving a strong safety culture, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and delivering reliable warehouse execution within a highly automated SAP/WMS environment. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, maximizing storage utilization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
5-7+ years of progressive experience in logistics / warehouse management.
Experience in manufacturing or ingredient/food environments.
Hands‑on experience working in SAP (ERP and EWM preferred) and WMS systems.
Demonstrated experience with cross‑border Canada–U.S. logistics.
Strong understanding of customs documentation and compliance.
Experience supporting or leading operations in automated or ASRS environment.
Proven ability to build and lead teams in startup or change environments.
Greenfield or plant startup experience and direct involvement in project‑to‑operations handover is an asset.
Premix, food, ingredients, or regulated manufacturing background is an asset.
Theexpected annualbase salary range for this position is $80,850 to $92,400.The actual base salary for this position will depend onvarious factorsincluding, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills,experienceand work location.This position is also eligible an annualbonus in accordance withthe terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.
