Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Asian line chef in a large-volume operation.
• Post-secondary hospitality or culinary management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold dishes for casino customers and staff.
• Adhere to safe work practices and quality standards.
• Lead prep cooks and assist kitchen helpers as needed.
• Lift up to approximately 50 lbs as part of duties.
