Job summary

AV Communications, a Toronto-based multicultural marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing projects from briefing through completion. You will keep projects organized, align teams, manage timelines, and drive deliverables.

Strong hands-on experience with Asana or similar PM tools is required, including building project plans and tracking dependencies.

Qualifications

Agency, marketing or fast-paced environment experience.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience using Asana or similar PM tools.
Ability to create detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and workflows.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external vendors.
Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

Own projects from briefing to final delivery.
Translate briefs and client requirements into clear project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners.
Track progress and address delays, blockers or competing priorities.
Manage multiple projects with visibility into priorities and deadlines.
Lead or support project status meetings and communicate actions clearly.
Ensure review, approval, QA and delivery processes are followed.
