Job summary

Agilus by Synergie in Dorval or Toronto is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate brand campaigns in aviation and transportation. You will manage timelines, assets, and stakeholder updates while coordinating with agencies and internal teams.

The role is a 12-month contract, 40 hours per week, with four days in office and location flexibility between Toronto and Dorval. Aimed at candidates with 5+ years in brand marketing and fluent French/English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, advertising, customer marketing, or project management.
• Bilingual French/English is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
