Job summary

Michaels in Vaughan, ON is seeking a Store Framing Associate to provide friendly customer service, help shoppers find framing solutions, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will operate the cash register, support Omni-channel processes, assist with stocking and layout, and follow SOPs while upholding safety standards.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Preferred: retail experience and experience selling products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver framing solutions and assist customers in-store.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
