Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Kingston, ON store is seeking a team member to build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions.

You will help customers shop, ensure a clean, well-merchandised store, and support cash handling and omni-channel processes. Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, maintaining department readiness, and delivering friendly service in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and experience selling products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
