A leading company seeks a motivated sales professional to manage a defined territory of retail and distribution partners. The role involves developing account plans, launching new products, and training teams on brand standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong B2B sales background and excellent communication skills, with the opportunity for a competitive compensation package including commission.
Manage and grow a defined territory of retail and distribution partners.
Develop account plans that maximize revenue, margin, and in-store presence.
Launch new products and promotional initiatives with retail partners.
Monitor inventory, performance metrics, and retail execution standards.
Identify market trends and provide strategic feedback to the national sales team.
Train in-store teams on product knowledge and brand standards.
Represent the brand at trade shows and regional retail events.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in general merchandise, consumer goods, or premium retail.
Proven track record of territory growth, relationship management, and meeting/exceeding targets.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel within the territory (approx. 20%).
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with retail analytics and CRM tools is considered an asset.
